Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and return policy is valid for 60 days. If more than 60 days have passed since your purchase, we will not be able to offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Returned Items:

This item is unworn and in its original condition.

This item has absolutely no marks or stains (including makeup and spray tans)

This item still has the hygiene label attached (one-pieces and swimsuits)

Items do not have any scents (including deodorant, perfume, body odor or laundry detergent)

Earrings cannot be returned (for hygiene reasons)


To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

In certain cases, only a partial refund will be granted:

Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or is missing parts due to no fault of ours.

Any item returned more than 60 days after delivery

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your refund has been approved.

If your refund is approved, we will process your refund and automatically apply the refund to your credit card or original payment method within 1-3 business days.

Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund, please check your bank account again first.

Then contact your credit card company. It may take 1-3 business days for your refund to be credited to your account.

Next, contact your bank. Refunds usually take 1-3 business days to be processed.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items are refundable. Sale items are not refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email [email protected] and ship your item to:

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver and they will be aware of your return.

You will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning a more expensive item, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
